All of our meditation gatherings are non-denominational and open to everyone, at any level, from beginner to seasoned meditators. Meditation is powerful when it’s consistent, and online classes allow you to join and make that possible. Our online sessions welcome you regardless of your background or experience encouraging you to practice from home, work or while you’re traveling. You can connect with others who are like minded. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, spiritual fulfillment, or self-awareness, our online meditation courses make it easy to learn, grow and experience inner peace.

Soul Center OC Free Online Meditation

All of our free meditation services are live-streamed from our spiritual center. Our sessions are non-denominational offering an introduction for beginners and a grounding space for seasoned meditators. With a focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and spiritual connection, each gathering invites you to pause, reset, and realign. If you want to quiet your mind and open your heart, you can connect with a supportive community and deepen your spiritual practice.

Learning meditation online is ideal for those with busy lives or limited access to in-person classes. Choose from a wide range of formats, from online group sessions to self-paced courses, and find styles that suit your needs. Online meditation platforms often include guided audio, video instruction, and community support, helping you build a consistent practice. One of the benefits of online meditation classes is that they don’t require you to travel or commit to a specific schedule.

Our Sunday meditation service begins at 10 am PT, followed by an inspirational message and music at 10:30 am PT.  You can access our live meditation classes on our Soul Center YouTube channel. You are also invited to join our online midweek meditation at Join us live on Wednesday Evenings at 6:45-7:30pm PT.

Beginners are welcome to join our online Soul Center meditation classes. If you want to explore mindfulness or learn about meditation for beginners, our trained meditation facilitators are available online to be supportive while teaching you calming spiritual techniques. We offer a welcoming space if you need stress relief, and we create a nurturing online space for everyone to practice in.

Our free online meditations at Soul Center run from 30 to 45 minutes.

Joining our meditation classes online is simple and easily accessible. You don’t need fancy tools or a specific platform, just a peaceful environment and some uninterrupted time. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breathing or a calming phrase. Add a soft cushion, play gentle music, or dim the lights if you prefer. The real practice begins with your intention to be present.
