Think of your nervous system like a tuning fork. Stress, scarcity thinking, and life’s daily pressures knock it out of tune. A Sound Bath is exactly what it sounds like—you are bathed in sacred sound frequencies that gently, powerfully bring you back into resonance with your highest self.

You simply lie down, close your eyes, and receive.

Using crystal singing bowls, sacred tones, and harmonic vibrations, the sound waves wash over you—moving through your body at a cellular level to:

WHAT TO KNOW

• Parking: Plenty of free parking in the Soul Center Parking lot in front of the building.
• This Sound Bath experience will be conducted lying down on the floor; however, if you prefer, we will have chairs available for a seated experience.
• Please arrive approximately ten minutes early so that we may begin on time.
• Use the restroom before the beginning of the sound bath
• Please dress casually and comfortably. It is recommended to wear cozy socks. 
• Items to bring: Yoga mat; Small/medium Blanket; Small pillow; Journal/pen; Water; Eye pillow (optional)
• Please refrain from wearing fragrances as some people could be sensitive.

REFUND POLICY

• Requests should be submitted in writing to info@SoulCenterOC.com

• There are no transfers of funds between Soul-U courses or Soul Center events.

• Requests for refunds made prior to the 1st day of class will be issued in full.

• All other requests for refunds for Multi-Week courses must be made prior to the beginning of the second (2nd) class.  The amount refunded will be 75% of the total cost of the class minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

¨    Credit for AU courses is received after (1) completion of payment, (2) completion of course growthwork. Credit for a completed class will be valid for a five year time period for those applying to Agape’s Practitioner Studies Program.

FACILITATED BY: Rev. Keith Horwitz

Rev. Keith, a licensed Minister from the Agape International Spiritual Center, brings a unique ability to foster comfort and unity in his classes and events. His teachings draw from a rich lineage of interfaith and trans-denominational wisdom, complemented by his extensive studies in world religions, indigenous practices, metaphysics, and the spiritual connections within science and the quantum field. In 2001 he began his practice of Integrated Energy Therapy®, channeling Divine frequencies that support individuals and groups in their overall wellness. Rev. Keith is a certified Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) instructor and facilitates group meditations, including sacred frequency sound baths as well as guided meditations and activations. Through a gentle blend of divine intuition, guided imagery, activation, and stillness, he guides participants to their inherent capacity for rejuvenation and inspiration, allowing individuals to experience their own Divinity at comfortable pace.
