Sound Bath and Visioning for YOUR Life!
Sunday, January 5, 2025 – In Person and via Zoom
Join us in person or via Zoom for a meditation sound bath at Soul Center. You will be taken on a journey of self realization and opening to your Soul’s vision of your best 2025 and beyond! This event will feature live singing bowls and music designed to immerse in sound frequencies calibrated for relaxation, rejuevanation, and inspiration.
While this event is designed to be done laying down, there will be some seats available in chairs for those who prefer sitting upright.
Please bring the following to event:
- A yoga mat or towel to lay on
- A pillow
- A small blanket to cover yourself
- Eye pillow (optional)
- Bolster or pillow for knees (optional)
Day/Time: Sunday, January 5th 12:45pm-2:00pm
Location: Soul Center in the main Sanctuary
Cost: $30.00 in advance by 01/04/25 or $35.00 at the door.
