DAY ONE DETAILS
Meet at Hotel Amazi is located near the coast in the City of Ventura. *Special arrangements have been made for rooms at a rate of $101.00 plus tax (single occupancy) for our group. If you share a room with someone it will be half the rate! You must make your own reservation, 805-653-1434, and reference the name of our group: SANTA CRUZ RETREAT, in order to receive the special rate. Please note that rooms will be held at this rate only until March 26th. Afterwards the room will be subject to availability and an increased to regular rate.

Timing: Arrive 1:00-2:00, Meet in banquet room at 3:00, Dinner at 5:30 and evening gathering at 7:00pm
DAY TWO DETAILS
Where: Meet Ventura Harbor >> Santa Cruz Island
When: Saturday, April 13th, 2019
Timing: Arrive in Ventura Harbor at 7:30am to prepare for departure.
8:00am **Boat leaves for Island arriving at 9:15am
4:00pm Boat departs Island arriving in Ventura harbor at 5:15pm

TRANSPORTATION:
Ground transportation to Ventura harbor is the responsibility of each registrant.

✦ On Saturday the boat departs at 8:00am sharp! You MUST arrive no later that 7:40am to check in.

Cancellation Policy: If we cancel the trip for any reason you will receive a full refund. Occasionally the weather does not permit for the boat to operate, you will be notified the morning of if there is a weather related cancellation and issued a refund for Saturday only. If you cancel 5 days or less prior to day one there is no refund. If you cancel 21-6 days before the day of departure You may receive a 50% refund or apply 90% towards another trip or workshop. If it is earlier than 21 days there is a 10% processing fee and you will receive a 90% refund. If you are late on day two and miss the boat for any reason, there is no refund. Hotel room fees are subject to hotel cancellation policy.
