EXCLUSIVE Online Spiritual Rejuvenation and Inspiration Retreat
Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and come home to your soul. In this online retreat, we’ll practice Spiritual Selfishness — the sacred art of putting yourself first, guilt-free — to rejuvenate, relax, and connect with a community of inspired individuals on the same path. Through energy work, group processes, meditation, and reflection, you’ll be gently guided to a place of deep empowerment and peace.

PREPARE FOR THE RETREAT:
Please make sure to have the following items
- WRITING MATERIALS: Journal (or pad of paper) and pen.
TEA CEREMONY
Please note: the following items should be with you but the only thing to be prepared in advance is the hot water. All other items are to be prepared as part of the ceremony. Do not steep your tea in advance.
- TEA: Your favorite loose-leaf tea or tea bag (herbal teas like chamomile, ginger/turmeric or mint work beautifully, but any tea you love is perfect).
- VESSEL: A mug or teacup that feels comfortable to hold in both hands, plus a teapot or infuser if you are using loose leaves.
- HOT WATER: A kettle (electric or stovetop) with fresh water, placed safely near your meditation space, or a thermos filled with hot water.
- SPACE: A flat place (desk or table) where all materials can sit before you including a napkin or cloth.

No refunds. Tickets are transferable—ticket holders may gift or sell their ticket to another person as they wish.

Rev. Keith believes that if one is living their heart’s desires feeling supported, loved, empowered and joyful, with the intention of fulfilling their dreams, not only will those dreams be fulfilled, but within this lies the key to world peace. As each one embraces what truly and authentically fills their heart, then by the natural laws of a loving, harmonious and efficient Universe, the simple byproduct is Universal peace. Because Rev. Keith believes one should practice what they preach, he has developed a private practice that truly brings him joy. And most of what brings him joy is helping people release what does not serve them (doubts, fears, addictions), and embrace that which brings them true joy.
In his private practice, Rev. Keith works both one-on-one and with couples and groups using a blend of Integrated Energy Therapy®, Meditation, Affirmative Prayer in developing a Spiritual Action Plan for personal growth, prosperity and freedom. He believes the key to success is personal empowerment from the vantage point of one’s Soul.
Rev. Keith currently speaks and teaches classes around the world on metaphysics and spiritual science, including Integrated Energy Therapy® certification classes, meditation, yoga nidra, Divine energy medicine, holistic healing and affirmative prayer. Although his practice is based in Los Angeles, he travels throughout the U.S. and abroad offering workshops and speaking at spiritual centers and other venues.
In 2018, Rev. Keith took the position as Spiritual Director at Soul Center OC, a New Thought Spiritual center in Newport Beach, CA. Soul Center OC is an affiliate of Agape International Spiritual Center. He offers weekly Sunday services as well as classes on the Truth teachings of Divine awareness and spiritual practice.
