No matter what is going on around me I am anchored
In a deep abiding peace.
There is a stillness and a ‘knowing’ that prevails.
I am here, in this present moment, remembering
that everything is perfect.
I turn from every outer condition and know that Life
IS Good, God is Good, and All needs are met.
I rejoice and am grateful for the good that
I see all around me.
With every breath I take, the air is provided.
With every exhale, it is released.
I rejoice and know that Life is good and all in perfect order.
Thank you God, and so it is!
